Humboldt County has agreed to settle a federal lawsuit over how it enforces cannabis-related code violations — The county isn’t admitting wrongdoing, but it is paying $350,000 and changing key parts of its enforcement process. Ryan Hutson has been following this story for years, and spoke with one of the plaintiffs, along with an attorney who filed the case.
