Rock musician Vieux Farka Touré, sometimes called the Jimi Hendrix of Africa, starts the California leg of his US tour at the Arcata Theater Lounge next April 15. Vieux Farka is the son of Ali Farka Touré, one of the most influential musical acts to ever come out of Africa.
