Moss Avenue residents were shocked to learn that the law enforcement activity in their residential neighborhood on August 5, 2024 was to capture a Canadian National wanted for a 2023 murder in Florida, and a 2022 kidnapping case out of Ontario, Canada. Lisa Music reports.
