- An attempted burglary at a Eureka cannabis distribution center in the early hours of April 22 was swiftly thwarted thanks to robust security systems and a rapid response from multiple law enforcement agencies, leading to several arrests. Lisa Music reports.

Building a Relationship with Fire in Ten Mile Creek 
- A prescribed burn is planned for the lower Tenmile creek area this coming weekend. The burn is a collaboration between Torchbearr, CAL FIRE, landowners,  and the Eel River Recovery Project.
