Local Music Festival Extends Offer to SNWMF Ticket Holders

The organizers of the Reggae on the River music festival have extended a gracious offer to Sierra Nevada World Music Festival ticket holders who were informed that due to insufficient funds, the SNWMF organization would not be able to issue refunds for the cancelled event. Lisa Music reports.
