In December, 1987 the 70-foot commercial fishing vessel “Midnight Sun” capsized while attempting to enter Humboldt Bay during a storm. Two of the crew were lost at sea. Remains found on Houda Beach in 1991 have now been identified as belonging to one of the missing crew members, Milton Leon Pelligrini Jr. Lisa Music reports.
