University students and activists in Arctata are accusing Cal Poly Humboldt and local law enforcement of suppressing dissent through felony conspiracy charges following the arrests of two protesters who participated in a march and demonstration on campus in January. Details about the alleged vandalism are unclear, and students are weary of inflated consequences for free speech activities in the fallout of last year's student occupation in April.
